We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept the return of merchandise that was damaged after receipt. If items are received in damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours. All other returns for any other reason will be accepted, and a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
For orders requiring return due to an error on our part (i.e., wrong item or number of item, etc.), return shipping will be paid by The Fence Department.
Returned items that are not the result of error on the part of Extend A Post will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. For example, returns due to incorrect size selection, no longer needed, etc., will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
