Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. In-stock items will ship same business day. Large, bulk, backordered, or non-inventory items may require additional processing and/or shipping time. Customers will be contacted with shipping information.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Freight shipment will be required for orders exceeding the carrier's weight and/or package dimensions restrictions. In these circumstances, orders will be processed through the shopping cart with no shipping charge assessed, as the standard carriers will decline these orders. This does NOT mean that there is free shipping. Customers will be contacted by our shipping department for discussion and prior approval on an individual basis before processing these orders. Upon customer approval, freight shipping will be assessed as a separate charge.
For those customers wishing to arrange for on-site pick-up, we ask that you contact us prior to ordering, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs and have your order packaged and ready to load.
